About ZRoute HQ
ZRoute HQ is an independently operated fan website based in France, providing guides, gift codes and gameplay tools for Z Route: Redemption. We are not affiliated with the game’s developer or publisher.

Contact messages and game-data submissions
When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any other information you choose to provide. The contact form also allows you to provide your name and a subject. Screenshots and attachments may include player names, account identifiers or other personal information.
We use submissions to answer enquiries, investigate corrections and review game information. Please remove passwords, login codes, payment details, private conversations and unrelated information about other people before sending a screenshot. Contacting us is separate from subscribing to email updates.
Email subscriptions
We use FluentCRM within our WordPress website to manage subscriptions. If you subscribe, your email address is used to send the ZRoute HQ updates described at signup.
You can ask us to unsubscribe you at any time by emailing zroutehq@gmail.com. Where an unsubscribe link is included in an email, you can also use that link. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Website hosting
Namecheap currently provides website hosting and domain registration. Website hosting supports the storage and delivery of the site and information submitted through it. Domain registration concerns the website owner’s registration details; it does not mean that every visitor’s information is used to register the domain.
Hosting and security services may handle technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and timestamps to deliver requests, maintain the service and investigate abuse. See Namecheap’s Privacy Policy for information about its services.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (Google tag GT-TNHNHNSX, through Google Site Kit) to understand which pages, guides and tools are used. It uses Google Consent Mode.
If you accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and measures page views, interactions, device and browser information and approximate location. Accepted choices are remembered for 13 months.
If you decline or have not chosen yet, no analytics cookies are read or written. Google may still receive cookie-free signals (for example that a page was viewed, with browser and approximate location information) to estimate overall traffic. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are always off. A refusal is remembered for 6 months.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings (also in the footer). Declining deletes the analytics cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Gift code feedback
On gift codes you can tell us whether a code worked. These votes are anonymous: we store only the code, your answer and the time, never your IP address, email or account. Your browser remembers locally that you voted so you are not asked twice; you can clear this in your browser settings.
Calculators and game information
Our tools are intended for gameplay values such as resources, levels and upgrade requirements. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information. This policy does not imply that every tool’s inputs are processed only on your device.
Advertising, payments and accounts
We do not currently display advertising, accept payments or donations through the website, or offer public user accounts. We will update this policy before introducing new features that change how personal information is handled.
Service providers and overseas processing
Information is handled through the services supporting the website, including Namecheap hosting, FluentCRM subscription management, Google Analytics and the email services used for correspondence or delivery. FluentCRM is a WordPress plugin; its use does not by itself mean that subscription records are sent to the plugin’s developer.
Provider processing locations depend on the service and its configuration. Information handled by providers may be processed outside France or the European Economic Area. A provider’s privacy policy supplements this notice; it does not replace our own responsibilities.
Retention
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record: responding to a message or investigating a correction, managing a subscription, respecting an unsubscribe request, maintaining security, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Removing a subscription from an active mailing list does not necessarily remove every associated record from logs or backups immediately.

Your privacy rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict processing, receive eligible information in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Conditions or exceptions may apply.
Send requests to zroutehq@gmail.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Under the GDPR, requests are normally answered within one month; if a permitted extension is necessary, we will explain it within that first month.
You can also lodge a complaint with France’s data protection authority, the CNIL, or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We will revise this page when our services or information-handling practices change and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a new use begins.
